The Campbell River Hospital Foundation is seeking an Office Administrator to organize and execute office duties that contribute to the everyday smooth operation of the Foundation. This position is pivotal in supporting a positive and productive office culture.
The ideal candidate has a team orientation, a strong sense of urgency and sound analytical skills. Our preferred candidate is comfortable dealing with many different types of people and situations, is an exceptional problem solver and comfortable supporting the work of the Executive Director and the Events and Communications Director. The successful candidate will handle confidential issues with discretion and respect.
Essential to this role are:
- Superior customer service & interpersonal social skills
- Proficient bookkeeping skills, experience with Simply Accounting or similar accounting program
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; multi-tasking skills
- Database Management and MS Office skills
Personal integrity, sound judgement, a donor-centred orientation and a sense of humour will contribute to success in this position.
